Cedar frame with corrugated, ribbed steel sheet infill. Made in 6x8 ft.

How panels are built
Grade and sort
Boards are graded and sorted by panel grade.
Cut to length
Frame and face boards cut to size.
Jig assembly
Frames are assembled on jigs.
Face boards fastened
Face boards are fastened to the frame.
Infill fitted
Lattice or metal infill is fitted.
Stack, strap, label
Pallets are stacked, strapped and labelled for the dealer.
