Sawmill & resaw
High-efficiency sawmill and resaw line. Sidecuts, shorts and lower grades become finished product. Shorts: 1–2 ft offcuts graded and bundled, not chipped.

Profiling runs on Weinig Hydromat-series moulders: four faces planed and profiled in one pass. Long lengths: profiles run to 20 ft.

Engineered to make more from less: the best sections of lower-grade fibre, laminated beneath a face of our highest-quality clear fibre, for a higher-grade product engineered for our coastal climate. Fineline and Micro V profiles.

SPF and Hemlock heated above 200–220 °C (392–425 °F) with no chemicals. Brown through to the core.
